Two Decades Old!

Today I turned the big 2-0!! I can't believe that I am 20, it is so crazy. Today was an awesome day! I was treated so well by my friends and family. Last night we celebrated Dad's birthday at Oma and Opas. We had a good time there and I want to wish my dad a very Happy Birthday!

Today started off with the usual morning run with Jake, Bryn, Meg, Katelyn and me. When the guys got to our apartment they started singing happy birthday and it was really sweet. When we were in the car, they said that they would be making breakfast for my birthday and that we were all invited. It was really good and we had a good time!

Then this afternoon, Mom came up to campus and met up with Dad and I. We went to Slab Pizza for lunch and talked for a long time. I really enjoyed their company and am so grateful for the awesome parents that they are. They got me a cheese grater, running gloves and some salsitas along with the possibility of helping me with London. I am so grateful for my family. Emma called and sang happy birthday and Joseph sent a nice text. I am so grateful for family and the awesome people they are! Dad also came and hung streamers from my apartment door. It was so sweet and I loved it!!

Later tonight a group of my really good friends and I went to Red Robbin for dinner. They bought me dinner and we had awesome conversation and a really good time! From L-R: Amy, Katie, Meg, Katelyn, Camille, Bree, Sara, and Me. I love these girls and they made my birthday awesome!

Mar sent a package with a Nevada t-shirt and a letter, quote book and mission flyer that she made. I got to chat with her on email a little longer today and really enjoyed it. She is doing well and just an awesome missionary!
I was spoiled this year, and had just a fantastic day. I got countless texts, facebook messages, phone calls and emails from friends on missions, friends here, family members and so many more people. I am so grateful for the people in my life and all that they mean to me. Thanks for all the Happy Birthdays!!

Love,

Rach
