We spent this day in Chengdu just sight seeing and learning about all the history that China has. There is a lot!

I think this was the only time that I saw blue sky, the grounds were beautiful!
This is carved from Ivory, it is very intricate and very cool!
Then in the afternoon we went to DuFu's thatched cottage. He is a famous poet in China, this was a cool little museum thing. Very peaceful, not a whole lot of people.
This is DuFu, apparently he was very handsome and well respected.
While in this province and city Doug, Douglas and I all got sick, they got more sick than I did, but we all had stomach pains. It was nice to have some American food at the airport, but the chicken sandwich wasn't very good, but thank goodness for fries and ice cream! ;)
