Life Lately

My word! I have become one of the worst bloggers ever. I will try to get you all caught up on what life is like for a college student.
For some reason, this semester has been one of the hardest yet. Maybe not academically, but emotionally it has just been tough. I am so grateful for the nice weather, which has definitely helped! But despite all the challenges that have come, I am so grateful to be going to school. I love dietetics and am grateful for the challenges that I have had. They have definitely brought some good times too.
A few weeks ago, I went on a date and we rented a puppy. Isn't it just the cutest thing ever. Renting a puppy is a pretty good business here in BYU. We all just want something cute to love and play with for a little bit.

We went to the BYU Volleyball game two weeks ago and it was one of the most fun sporting events that I have been to in a long time. We got on the big screen a lot. SO MUCH FUN!!
Last week, Mom, Jolene, Cat and I went to Indian Palace for lunch. It was the best and I was definitely full for the rest of the day. I love Indian food, it helped that it was all you can eat :)
We also had a stake ice skating activity. It was so much fun. Of course, Camille and I had to get a crazy picture (did you notice that her tongue is blue ;)) It was a lot of fun. I had a great time!!
Saturday I ran 8 miles! I am training for my marathon and this was the longest I have run in quite a while. It felt so good. Only 18 more miles to go...

Last Saturday our kind professor, Dr. Benfell opened his home to a London Reunion. It was so much fun to see everyone. I seriously had a blast catching up with everyone. I love the people that I went to London with and it was so amazing to see everyone again! I wasn't feeling super great, so we left after about an hour. I then came home, and fell asleep at 9:30pm to Pride and Prejudice.

This week, I don't have any photos yet, but it's been a long week. I am so glad that it is Friday and the weekend. We are going skiing tonight, so hopefully I get some photos from that. I hope you all have a fantastic week!

Love,

Rach
