So finals are over and I have been home since Thursday and I thought that I should write about some things that I have learned and how I have grown over the last 4 months.
First of all, I have been moved out for 6 months! I can't believe how much time flies, especially when we are having fun.
Ok, lesson number one: The first thing I learned was that I have some amazing friends/family. My roommates and FHE brothers have become like a family to me and I don't know what I would have done without them. The boys are guys that care about us girls, and want to help us in anything that we need. I received a priesthood blessing from one of them, Logan, and it just made me appreciate the priesthood even more!
Lesson two: college is hard, and all you can do is your best!
Lesson Three: no matter how hard you try not to eat ramen and macaroni and cheese you always do. Next semester I hope to be a little more exciting and eat healthier.
Lesson four: I love running with Carly Bastian! We woke up at 5:50 MWF to go run at 6:00 am. It always made my day better and I love being in shape.
I am very grateful for the experiences that I have had this last semester. I learned a lot about who I am, what I want to do with my life, and how to live with five other girls. I am so blessed to go to a great university like BYU and to gain an education. I have definitely appreciated school more and the power of an education.
I hope you all have a great week. Christmas is in a week and I will be posting a lot!
