Pretzels

In St. George, my mom bought a Cusinart for me from my aunt, Becca. She had an extra one, and we got it for $10. I am so excited. We made soft pretzels with it and they were AMAZING!!! I can't even explain, but i tried them for myself last night. It is not a hard recipe and I can tell you one thing for sure, I will definitely be used during college. So I made them and they were pretty good, I still need more practice rolling them out and making them look good, but for a first-timer they are pretty good.

College update: I have an appointment on monday to ask some questions and hopefully register for classes. On the 7th I hear more about housing and hopefully I can apply for a home. We went to Target today to look at kitchen stuff and bedding. I just wanted to look at the bedding, but I might make a quilt. Anyways, I will let you know more later. Hope you have a terrific week!!
