This week has gone by super fast! The first week of summer has come and gone. One of the highlights was attending a wedding reception with a bunch of friends. Carolyn Swenson, our high school soccer coach, got married on Saturday and had her reception Saturday night!
When you get a bunch of us girls together, you get a party!
Her reception was at the Lion House in Salt Lake. Unfortunately the weather was not very good so it was held inside. We were outside though, shot a couple of photos and danced in the rain!
The food was superb! There was unlimited crepes and each of my friends had 4 of them. I only had 2, but they were delicious! We then went upstairs and danced. We were the only ones dancing besides some of the little flower girls. haha :) It was a blast. Everyone in the room asked who we were and when they were told that we were her soccer girls, they just smiled and nodded their heads.
Some of my friends and I decided that we were going to start a business called the Wedding Party Starters! We will go to weddings and dance and get the party started. haha!
It was a lot of fun to hang out with some of my good friends. We all decided that we want to get married just so we can have the dress, flowers, pictures, and the reception; not the guy.
Well hopefully this week will be just as exciting! And hopefully the weather will cooperate. Have a great week.
